Q. How do I place an order?

A. It's simple. Refer to our size chart using the main menu, select a product, choose your size and select Add To Cart.

Q. I can't find my size, can I provide my own?

A. The good news is YES you can. Fashion House is willing to cater custom orders. All you have to do is email us your name, proof of purchase along with your measurements at info@fashionhousehouston.net and you're all set.

Q. What is your refund or exchange policy?

A. Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund or exchange facility to our customers because all our products are outsourced and custom made. Please note, Fashion House does NOT stock any of these products and will only place the order once the payment has been received.

Q. Why am I being charged a standard domestic shipping fee and why does it say one day delivery?

A. Please note, our prices are INCLUSIVE of international shipping fee but standard domestic shipping fee will still have to be paid and is non-refundable. Even though it says next day delivery at check out, our order processing time is 2-5 weeks.

Q. How often does Fashion House get their shipment?

A. Fashion House is beginning with doing one shipment per month. Any orders placed after that time period will automatically be moved for the month after.
